{"id":7152,"date":"2024-04-30T14:26:54","date_gmt":"2024-04-30T18:26:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pacoroners.org\/cms\/?p=7152"},"modified":"2025-03-22T16:38:27","modified_gmt":"2025-03-22T20:38:27","slug":"lehigh-county-achieves-name-accreditation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pacoroners.org\/cms\/2024\/04\/30\/lehigh-county-achieves-name-accreditation\/","title":{"rendered":"Lehigh County Achieves NAME Accreditation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On April 26, 2024, the Lehigh County Coroner&#8217;s Office and Forensics Center announced they achieved full accreditation from the National Association of Medical Examiners (NAME.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lehigh County now holds accreditation from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">two<\/span> international standards organizations, having been already accredited by the International Association of Coroners and Medical Examiners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pennsylvania has 6 county death investigation operations accredited by either IACME or NAME, leading the nation.
