They can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pa.gov\/agencies\/health\/healthcare-and-public-health-professionals\/evitals\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Signing Up: <\/strong>Read through the rest of the page, and then complete the necessary forms and traning on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pa.gov\/agencies\/health\/healthcare-and-public-health-professionals\/evitals\/evitals-sign-up\">BHSR eVitals Sign-up Portal.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>eVitals Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>eVitals shifts much of the &#8220;management&#8221; aspect for user accounts to the agency; that is, the funeral home, C\/ME, or physician\/hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This represents a shift from DAVE, where the account management was handled primarily by the DOH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, the first step in getting your facility online&#8211;or with adding new users&#8211;is to determine who shall act as your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacoroners.org\/cms\/member-tips\/evitals-guide-for-facility-admins\/\" data-type=\"epkb_post_type_1\" data-id=\"8261\">Facility Administrator.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The facility administrator is designated by the agency&#8211;that is, your office&#8211;and is in charge of approving new users and doling out system roles. That said, your agency can&#8217;t be online with eVitals without a facility administrator. Your facility admin must generally be the first user registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facility Admin Registration Process<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The facility must submit a registration form to have their coroner\/medical examiner office added to the eVitals system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One user must register for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacoroners.org\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/eVitals-Guide-Business-Partner-Logins.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"8265\">Keystone Business Partner ID<\/a> \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This might be the coroner, or his\/her delegate; such as a chief deputy or office admin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That user must successfully complete Facility Administrator training using their own Keystone ID in TrainPA, and will be set up by the eVitals team as the Facility Admin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> That user must then log into their account and complete the facility registration process, and verify all information is correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The facility admin can then add other users to the facility, choosing the appropriate roles for that agency. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users to be registered to the facility <strong>must<\/strong> have already registered for their Keystone Business Partner ID, and must have completed, at a minimum, the Death Registration User Training in TrainPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adding Users to Your Facility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users to be added to your facility must have done all of the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered and received credentials for the Keystone Business Partner ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed Death Registration training in TrainPA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logged into their Keystone account and requested access to the facility by name; e.g., &#8220;Whoville County Coroner&#8217;s Office.&#8221; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The facility admin can then log into their account, and grant access by doing the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accessing the &#8220;User Access Request&#8221; queue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choosing the user&#8217;s name\/account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding the appropriate roles (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pa.gov\/content\/dam\/copapwp-pagov\/en\/health\/documents\/topics\/documents\/reporting-registries\/evitals\/eVitals%20Guide%20for%20Facility%20Administrators%20-%20User%20Support.pdf\">see the description of user roles<\/a>), such as &#8220;Deputy Facility Administrator&#8221; or &#8220;Death Registration User&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saving the updated to the account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The new user can then log out, and log back in to the eVitals system and will see one of the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If they are a user with only access to your facility, the eVitals interface will load for that facility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If they are a user with access to other facilities, they will be presented with a drop down box allowing them to choose the facility to work with in the current session &#8212; this must be selected each time.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may want to instruct the user to stop and understand the meaning of the drop down, so that they don&#8217;t end up in the wrong account or wrong account type;
